Frank, a licensed Professional Engineer, began Greek Development in 1965 with a team of 3. He has been honored with several Lifetime Achievement awards recognizing his extensive industry experience in acquisitions, entitlements, finance, site and building design, in-field construction, accounting and asset management. Frank’s philosophy, that our Company’s success can only be defined by the success we bring to the customers we work with, continues to be the foundation of the Company.
Working with the Managing Partners, Cathy focuses on strategic planning for the Company while assuring that the core values of Greek; respect, integrity and teamwork, drive every aspect of the Company. With a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives, she works to identify talents and help staff members maximize their career opportunities at Greek. She is deeply committed to providing the best services to our staff, clients and tenants.
David is responsible for the strategic direction of Greek Development. He spearheads new business initiatives and project acquisitions. He manages site selection, valuation modeling, securing financing, negotiating transactions, and packaging deals for clients.
David is responsible for the leadership of the Greek Management Division, which includes oversight of the accounting functions, property management, risk management, and leasing for privately held and institutional clients. He previously served in the roles of CFO and VP of Finance with Greek.
Matt provides leadership for both the Development and Design Build Divisions. With his direction, Greek has grown its team of highly skilled professionals with strong expertise in the design and construction of Class A warehouse facilities, renovations, and redevelopment projects.
Brett leads the Design Build Division at Greek. Since joining the Company, he has enhanced construction management policies and procedures, implementing best management practices while the Company has continued to grow its in-house construction project team.
Masha has primary oversight for the accounting and finance functions at Greek including new development projects, stabilized commercial properties, and the family office. She has been in the real estate industry for many years with a focus on the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Nick’s passion for engineering has led him to many design achievements including numerous award-winning projects. He has been a cornerstone of the success of Greek for over 45 years and he continues to be a leader in the Design Build Division.
With his extensive real estate knowledge and experience, Jason leads the Leasing Department within the Management Division. Jason is a licensed real estate broker in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Alex is responsible for managing broker relationships, consultants and property owners throughout the country to source and underwrite acquisition opportunities for Greek and its investors, in addition to coordinating financing and dispositions. He is highly skilled in identifying unique opportunities, negotiating due diligence, purchase agreements and leases on new developments.
With a depth of experience in the industrial sector, Paul oversees construction project management in the Greek Design Build division. He has successfully led his team in completing numerous award-winning, ground-up projects and complex interior fit-outs.
Steve and his team contribute to both the Development and Design Build Divisions. As a licenses Professional Engineer with years of design experience, he focuses on design efficiency and value add solutions to improve every project.
Ryan oversees financial reporting for all ground-up development projects from acquisition, pre-development, construction through stabilization. He is responsible for assuring best practice accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial information necessary to the success of Greek’s development ventures.
Maria leads the Corporate Accounting Department within the Management Division. In conjunction with her team, she supervises all accounting and financing functions of the Company. Vital to the Managing Partners, she ensures corporate financials and budgets are performed promptly and accurately.
Edward directs the Property Management Department assuring the highest level of service is provided to every client and tenant as it relates to the day to day operations of their properties. He has earned the Certified Property Management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management which honored Edward with the IREM New Jersey Chapter CPM of the Year award. He is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The Property Management team measures their success through tenant satisfaction and retention.
Danielle serves as the backbone of company culture. In leading the administrative team, she is instrumental in providing support to each Division as they face challenges in their day-to-day functions.
